Booking and Payment Terms
Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process.
Deposit and Payment: A deposit or full payment is required to secure a reservation. Payment terms vary and will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to make payments may result in reservation cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, depending on the timing of your cancellation, we cannot guarantee a refund. Cancellation terms are outlined during the booking process and may vary based on the property and time of the reservation. Guests are encouraged to review cancellation policies before confirming their reservation.
Damage Deposit: Some properties may require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded following inspection of the property post-checkout, provided no damages are incurred during the stay.
Property Policies
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each property is specified in the listing. Overcrowding beyond the specified limit is not permitted.
Pets: We have a strict pet policy and only allow one dog up to 50 lbs per reservation. No other type of pet is allowed. Please inform us before your reservation begins if you wish to bring your pet along so we can prepare accordingly. We charge a flat $75 pet fee.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the properties. Evidence of smoking within the property may result in additional cleaning fees.
Events and Parties: The properties are meant for residential purposes only. Hosting events or parties without prior approval is not allowed. Noise levels must be kept at a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
Check-in/Check-out: Each property has its own check-in and check-out times specified in the property details. Guests are requested to refer to these details for the specific timings.
Property Condition: Guests are expected to maintain the property in the condition it was found and to follow any guidelines provided by the host or property management regarding property use and care.
